Foundations Programme

Every Journey Starts with Strong Foundations

Every coaching journey at Move Eat Perform begins with the Foundations Programme.

This isn't simply a pricing structure or a way of buying personal training.

It's the way I coach because, after more than 20 years of working with people of all ages and abilities, I've learnt that meaningful, lasting change takes time.

Whether your goal is to lose weight, build strength, improve your golf, return to sport or simply feel healthier and more confident, the foundations are always the same.

  • Before chasing performance, we first build health.

  • Before chasing perfection, we build consistency.

  • Before worrying about optimisation, we master the basics.

That's why every coaching journey starts here.

Why a Foundations Programme?

The fitness industry often promises quick results.

Real life doesn't work like that.

Building a healthier, stronger and more capable body takes time, repetition and consistency.

The Foundations Programme gives us the opportunity to build something that lasts.

Together we'll focus on:

  • Building consistent training habits.

  • Developing strong, confident movement.

  • Improving strength and fitness.

  • Understanding the principles of good nutrition.

  • Building confidence in your body.

  • Creating habits that fit your lifestyle—not the other way around.

My goal isn't simply to help you exercise more.

It's to help you build a body that supports the life you want to live.

“It's not about what I can do for you.

It's about what we can achieve together.”

The aim isn't simply to finish twelve weeks.

It's to give you the confidence, knowledge and habits to continue progressing for years to come.

What Happens Next?

At the end of your Foundations Programme we'll review your progress together and decide which ongoing coaching membership best suits your goals and lifestyle.

By this stage you'll have developed:

  • Greater confidence.

  • Better movement.

  • Increased strength and fitness.

  • A clearer understanding of nutrition.

  • Consistent habits.

  • A healthier, stronger and more capable body.

For many clients, this is where coaching becomes less about creating new habits and more about continuing to build on the foundations we've established together.
